J'ai noté des commentaires sur certaines commandes, j'aimerais pouvoir créer un rapport et l'extraire dans WORD contenant les commentaires associés à la commande
Hi Marie, Currently we do not have the option to export the comments added in Neartail. Could you please share details about your use case, how you are using the comments option in Neartail and why you would like to export this to Google Sheets?
For example, when a client wants to change something in its command (size or color of a product), they send me a message and I write it in the comment section of its command as a reminder to change it.
After that, I extract the command information in Excel and send it to my supplier. So I need the comments to change the information before sending it to my supplier
Hi Marie, is there any specific reason why you don't update the order instead of adding it in comments?
Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on an order to view the details > click on the three dots more icon > click Edit > the order will open in a new tab > You can make the edits and submit the order to update it.
