My subscription renewal has been rejected several times, the message says that is something related with my credit card, the issue here is that when I select the option of "upgrade your card information", the system redirects me to a different pricing page, as if I haven't been a member all this past months. How can I just upgrade my card information? I am currently paying 12USD monthly and it is very confusing with that much addons.

Hi Rafa, Your subscription could not be renewed on 24-April and the subsequent retries on 27-April and 29-April also failed. You would have received notification emails for the failed payments. The subscription was automatically cancelled after multiple retries failed. The pricing was updated a year ago, but this pricing change did not affect our existing customers with an active subscription. If you had updated the card details or reached out to us when the payment failed, you would have been able to continue with the old pricing. Since your subscription was cancelled, you will have to subscribe to the paid plan using your new card directly on our website. The new pricing will be applicable. Oh okay, I lost my seniority with the platform How can I purchase again the subscription? I want the Neartale form builder but the system keeps redirecting me to a formesign plan that does not cover what I had before

Open the Neartail Form Builder pricing page > click on the Buy Now button for the plan you would like to subscribe to > login with your preferred google account > select Monthly or Annual, click Proceed > enter the card details to make the payment and subscribe to the paid plan.
