Hi - You have enabled the automated card payments via Stripe and the manual venmo payments. When the user fills the form and clicks on the Submit button, the payment method page with the two payment options Credit/Debit card and Venmo will be displayed. - If the user selects the card payment, they will have enter their card details and make the payment to submit their response. The responses will be recorded in the Submitted status only if the payment is successful. Otherwise, you can view these responses in the Abandoned status. - If the user selects the Venmo option and click on the Proceed button, their responses will be submitted and then the pay now button for Venmo will be displayed. Users can make the payment and then click on the Mark as paid button. Please note that this is manual payment method; we will not if the user has made the payment. You will have to check you Venmo account to manually reconcile payments. If you prefer, you can create a Paypal business account and enable the automated Venmo payments that will work similar to the card payments. Users will be able to submit their response only if the payment is successful. There are no transaction fees for manual Venmo payments. If you enable automated Venmo payments via Paypal, you will have to pay the applicable transaction fee to Paypal.
