Hi Emilee, when I filled the form and clicked on the place order button, the checkout page with Card, Cash app payment methods were displayed. When I selected the card payment option and click Proceed, the payment page was displayed correctly. Please see screenshot below.
Note: You have enabled the hold payment option. When the user submits the form, the payment will only be authorized. You can click on the Collect option in the Neartail Orders page to collect anytime in the next 7 days after the order is submitted. Otherwise, the authorization will automatically expire. Please refer to the demo video (starting from 5:00)
