The auto-emailing system doesn't work if I don't finish the payment, so how do I need to deal with that?

Hi Miho, emails are automatically sent when the responses are recorded in Neartail. - If you have enabled manual payment options such as bank transfer, then the responses are recorded in Neartail when the user selects the payment option and clicks Proceed. The payment details are displayed after the responses are submitted. - If you have enabled automated payments such as card payments, the responses are recorded in Neartail only when the payment is successful. Otherwise, it will be in the abandoned status. If the payment is optional, then do not enable the automated payments. This will allow users to submit the responses first and then you can collect payments offline or you can choose to enable the manual payments and track it using Neartail.
