The form is submitted before reaching the final page with payment details, which means that people encountering errors in the last part of the form have to fill it out again from scratch. This isn't an issue from an organizational standpoint as duplicates can be manually removed, but with the highly restrictive limitation on the maximum number of responses, having more responses than expected due to duplicates causes significant problems for me. I'm using the form for a student association that doesn't operate throughout the entire year, making annual plans impractical, and we don't require a high number of forms. I believe limiting it to 100 responses across 10 forms is excessive, especially considering the system also counts these types of errors.

Hi Samuele, There are 3 ways to use a Neartail order form. 1. Collect orders without enabling payments. Users can fill the form and submit it to place their order. You can collect the payments offline. Payments will not be tracked in Neartail. 2. Enable automated payments. Users can fill the form and make the payment to submit their order. The order will be submitted only if the payment is successful. Stripe, Paypal transaction fees are applicable. 3. Enable manual peer-to-peer payments. Users can fill the form, submit their order and then make the payments. The payment details are displayed after the order is submitted. QR code, Pay not button autofills the amount to make it easier for the users. You will have to manually reconcile payments. There are no transaction fees. You have enabled Paypal manual payment and bank transfer payments. So, when the user submits the form, the order is submitted and then the QR code/Pay now button for payments is displayed. The payment status will be either marked as "Pending" (not paid) by default. If the user clicks on the Mark as paid button, the status will be updated as "Paid, not verified". Once you verify the payment, you can mark the order as "Paid". If the user wants to edit their order, they can send an email to you and then you can update the order on their behalf or you can include the edit response button in the confirmation email. Edit order - Neartail Orders page Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the order to view the details > click on the three dots more icon > click Edit > the order will open in a new tab > you can update and submit the order. Payments will be automatically disabled for collaborators so that you can easily edit the order. Edit order - Confirmation email When you setup the confirmation emails, you can enable the edit response option to allow your customers to edit the order. Please note that the users will be edit the order anytime. Response limits When a user fills the form and submit the order, it count towards the monthly response limit. if you or the user edits their existing order, it does not count towards monthly response limit. Similarly, if a user starts filling the form, but does not submit, the abandoned order does not count towards the monthly limit. Note: Neartail allows you to show an order summary before submit so that users review their order, go back and change their order if necessary and then submit their order. Users can also edit their existing order (see above) if they have to make corrections.
