The Honey Vanilla 64 oz and 128 oz are still showing up on my form even though we no longer offer it. Can you also please change the email to info@bluehoundbrew.com
Hide products
If you no longer offer Honey Vanilla 64 oz and 128 oz, then you can hide these products in the form. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the 64 oz - Honey Vanilla product to select it > click on the gear icon for this product > Product settings will be displayed > click Advanced > click Hide and click Save. Repeat the steps for 128 oz - Honey Vanilla product. The hidden products will not be displayed to the customers when they access the form using the link to place their order.
Subscription
The subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to create the form and collect responses. We do not have the option to transfer subscriptions or ownership. If you would like to use a different email account, then you can subscribe to the paid plan using the preferred email account info@bluehoundbrew.com and then cancel your existing subscription.

Hi Cole, open an incognito window > login to Neartail using your account > click on the form to ope it > check if the product is displayed in the Edit page > click Preview and check if the same products are displayed in the Preview as well. Please try this and confirm.
