Hi - have you selected the redirect on submit option in the Button settings page? Please and check update.

Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be dispalyed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Show customized message for this button > enter the thank you message and click Save.
