The site keeps telling me I am not a paid user, but I am under the forms@csi2.com account. How can my login be fixed to use the services I have paid for.
Hi Bethany, The subscription is linked with the email address used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only forms@csi2.com account can be used to create the form and collect responses. If you would like to use your email with Neartail, then you will need to subscribe to the paid plan using your account.
