the whatsapp message feature does not work , at the end of the process when the users click on the send order through whatsapp their is no action happen
Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click WhatsTarget > configure WhatsApp number > enter the WhatsApp number and click Confirm. Once you have configured your WhatsApp number you will have to use the Neartail share link to collect responses. Please note that once configured, the number cannot be changed.
When a user submits the form, Neartail/WhatsTarget composes their order as a message and opens it in WhatsApp. Users can click on the send button to send their order as a WhatsApp message to you. Please note that this is not an automated notification, but a message that the user sends manually.

I was using my Number in the test phase, then I will change it to the Business number before I publish the link.
How I can change it now ?

Once configured, the number cannot be changed. Please share the link for your form and we will reset it so that you can configure the new number.
