There is a discrepency between the Neartail product summary of sales and the totals from the downloaded google sheet. Our fundraiser sale has ended so I closed the form. The google sheet says that 1970 items were sold but the order summary report from neartail says 1959. Can you figure out why they don't agree please? (i noticed this issues some weeks back as I tracked the progress of our sale so it has been an ongoing issue).

Could you please confirm the details below. [1] Are you exporting the data to Google Sheets from Neartail or syncing Google Forms responses to Google Sheets? Please confirm. [2] Have you enabled the edit response option in the email for respondents or collaborators?

i am exporting from google sheets not syncing. there may have been a brief period where i launched the syncing but then turned it off again. i have not enabled the editing featurefor respondents or collaborators.

When the user submits the form, the responses are recorded in Neartail and Google Forms. If the responses synced from Google Forms to Google Sheets, this is a google forms issues. We do not have control over this. You can try to unlink the form and then sync the responses to google sheets again. If the responses are not recorded correctly in Google Forms or the export from Neartail Reports to Google Sheets is incorrect, then we can take a look at it. Just to confirm, you are exporting the data from Neartail reports?
