Hi Craig, If you are trying to scan the QR code using the Venmo app, it may not work. You have to scan the QR code using the camera app. Please try this and confirm.
Enable automated Venmo payments
If you have a Paypal business account, you can enable the automated Venmo payments.
Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button. Button settings will be displayed. Click Enable payments. The payment options supported in your country will be displayed. Click on the configure link for the Venmo option and follow the prompts to connect with your Paypal Business account. Please note Paypal charges a transaction fee.
