We do not have the option to transfer subscriptions or ownership. If you would like to use a different email account, then you can subscribe to the paid plan using the preferred email account and then cancel your subscription. Note: If you would like to use your existing forms, you can add the new email as a collaborator in Google Forms to provide access. The new user can then install the addon, subscribe to the paid plan, customize the form and use the share link or the embed code from their account to collect responses.
