We are using Neatail for our service, but the total amount calculation function doesn't work.
Whatever price plan we choose the total amount will be the same.
We have tried 2 forms from all our forms, and it turns out the same.
Hi Miho, when you use the "Calculate order amount" menu option in the Neartail addon to customize your existing google form, Neartail formats the fields with prices into products and adds the amount calculation in the form. Fields with prices have not been converted into products. So, the form is not setup correctly.
You have added a multiple choice question "６ヶ月プログラムの料金プランを選んでください。Please choose a price plan for your 6-month training program." with different programs with prices as answer choices. You have added a description for this description that also includes the prices. The price in the description will always override the price in the answer choices. Please remove the prices with ¥ in the description and then test your form. It will work.
Please try this and confirm.
