1 form submission = 1 response. When the user fills the form and submits it, it will count towards the monthly response limit for your account. In the Neartail Basic plan, you can collect a total of 100 responses per month.

what if we get more than 100 responses per month

If you would like to collect more than 100 responses per month, you can upgrade to the Premium that supports up to 1000 responses per month.

But this information says something else. Premium offering just 200 responses. I am not sure if this is really sustainable. This cost alone is 25 % of our margin.

If they don't submit the form, but it is sitting in the abandoned folder, do those count as "responses"
