Product images should be square images (1:1 aspect ratio). When you upload the products images using the new editor (Google Forms like UI), it will automatically crop the images to fit the size requirements. If you would like to edit the images, click on the product to select it > click on the gear icon for that product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Change > upload the image > image editor will be displayed > you can crop the image as required and click Save. Please try this and confirm.
