When a customer places an order via the neartail link they receive a message by email that I cannot delete. Here is the message in question

The formula that you have included in the email message is incorrect. You must delete ${réponse()} and use ${response()} formula to include a summary of the response. You can refer to the help articles below to update the email message. Have you enabled the translate option in your browser? Please disable it and then try to edit the message.

J'ai désactivé l'option traduction et ça fonctionne par contre comment saurais-je que le client a bien reçu le mail de confirmation de sa commande ? Y'a un client qui a commandé et payer par paypal mais ne semble pas avoir reçu le mail. Un autre a fait le paiement par carte mais n'a elle non plus reçu le mail. Est-ce moi qui dois leur envoyé à chaque fois que je reçois une commande ou cela se fait de façon automatique ? Bien à vous,

If you have setup the Email respondent option in your form, confirmation emails will be automatically sent to the customers when they place their order. Check email status Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the order to view the details > check the Additional details section. Does it display the email address for the Email respondents? - By default, it will display the configure link that indicates that the emails have not been set up. - If the emails are configured and sent successfully, email addresses will be displayed. - Otherwise, it will display the error message or 📫 icon next to the email to indicate that the email was not delivered. If you haven't set up email notifications, you can do it directly in Neartail. For detailed instructions, please refer to the help articles below.
