I should note that I do see the "configure the checkout page" option, however there is no option to get to the review and submit page. the only options I have are the pages I created for services, which is no different than it going back to the main form.

Hi Lee, The "Proceed to checkout" button in the cart page will always show the first page with the required fields in the form. Since you have added required fields in the home page to collect the contact details, the users will be redirected to the home page when they click on the Proceed to checkout button. Configure checkout page Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the configure key fields icon in the bottom right corner at the end of each page (see screenshot below) > select the relevant page for the "Configure the checkout page" option and click Save. Hi Vipin, Thank you for the quick response. I have seen this option, however I don't have an option to get to the review and check out. I only have options for it to jump to the additional pages I have created.

Hi Lee, There are two options. You can move the "Review & submit" section in the "Addons" page to a separate page and map this new page as the checkout page OR you can restructure your form to start with packages, services, addons, contact details, review & submit and then map the contact details page as the checkout page.
