i alreadt changed the name of the form many days ago. but the subject of email everytime i email still has the word TEST

You have only set up the confirmation emails for this form and it does not have the subject or the message displayed in the screenshot. Could you please check and confirm the "From" address for the email in the screenshot above.

is there a way to change the subject to automatically remove the word "test" the subject line for manual emails? because sometimes i want to follow up with the customer via email by just clicking the email of the customer from the form.

How are you sending these emails? Is the email composed by Neartail? Could you please share the screenshot so that we can check this.
