Hi Pallavi, Neartail is not a Chrome addon. It is a Google Forms addon that you can install from the Google Workspace marketplace.
If you have logged in with multiple google accounts in your browser, sometimes the addons may not be installed properly. Open an incognito window in your Chrome browser, login with the preferred google account and then install the addon. Please try this and confirm.
