when the customer chooses a product from the combo meal option it takes them directly to the next page instead of first choosing the quantity and info section. why ??

When the user clicks on the add to cart button for a customizable product, it will show the customizable options that you have configured for that product in the form. Once the user makes the selection, it will show two options: Confirm or Add another button in the last page. They can either click on the Add another option to order another quantity or click Confirm to add the items to the cart. Also, when you click on the add to cart button after adding the product to cart, it will show the summary so that can edit, delete or add another quantity (see screenshot below).

Yes, you will have to select the options for quantity 1. At the end, you can click on Confirm to add it to cart or click on Add another to select the options for quantity 2.

it is very not comfortable to the customers. also because we have some info that we need them to see before selecting topping how do i change it ? because when i joined neartail it wasn't like this and it was better

We have made an update. When a user clicks on the add to cart button for a product, it will show the description along with the Proceed button. Users can either click on the description to read additional details or click on the Proceed button to customize their item (see screenshot below).

Thank you, i just get a lot of inconvenience with this because in our description we write what come in the dish, and then they choose what else to add and also it doesn't let then choose one without topping what should I do?

When you add a customizable option, you can specify if the user can select multiple options along with the min and max selections allowed. For example, if the toppings is optional, then you should set the minimum quantity allowed to 0. (see attached screenshot below).

and now !! i deleted one product to update and it deleted the product from all the orders that submitted!! why ?? can you fix it ?

If you delete a product from the form, it will also delete the submitted orders for that product from Neartail. Please note that if you have synced the orders to google sheets, you will be able to view the orders for the deleted product. Instead of deleting a product, you should hide the product. This will allow you to not display the product to the users and keep the orders for that product. If you no longer plan to offer this product and there are pending orders for this product, then you can delete this product to permanently remove it from your catalog. If you are facing any other issues, could you please share the details. It is not clear from the screenshot you have shared.

after one add to basket of one of the product it disappears and i can make more orders this is what you see in the screenshot
