Hi RoxAnn, are you trying to customize a new google form using the Neartail addon or edit the existing form using the Neartail editor? Are you getting error messages? Please share the relevant details along with a screenshot so that we can check this. Note: If you have disabled the accepting responses options in Google Forms, you will not be able to customize the form using the Neartail addon. You must enable this option and then customize the form.
