Hello! For some reason when the beanies in my shop are added to the cart the order summary comes up at $0.00. When I refresh the page the accurate cost appears. It looks like its just with the beanies. Could you assist please!
The formula for calculating the amount in your form was incorrect. It should work now.
Note: You have not mapped the summary fields correctly.
Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail edit page, click on the gear icon next to the form title. Form settings page will be displayed. Click on the configure fields icon next to the Save button in the bottom right corner. Summary settings page will be displayed. Select the relevant fields for the Amount, Delivery Fee, Tax, Net amount option and click Save.
Amount - Select the Order Amount field
Delivery Fee - Select the Delivery Fee field
Tax - Select the Tax field
Net Amount - Select the Total amount to be paid field
Once you make the changes, submit a response and test your form. It will work correctly. Please try this and confirm.
