Hi I have installed Meal Prep, Online Canteen and Order Form for free trail. I made a form with (I believe) only Order Form's function. When I scroll down the EDIT page and click the Upgrade bottom, the page offer me PROFESSIOANL $98 or TEAM $420 options. I am wondering is it because I installed Meal Prep and Canteen at the same time? I can't find ways to uninstall the Meal Prep and Canteen tho... If I only order $18 plan (or $36 for a month), can I still keep my current form? Thank you
