Hi, We use Formfacade exclusively to embed the Google Form on our website. I've encountered an issue where, after updating the "confirmation message," the change is reflected only in the original Google Form and not on the embedded version on our website. Previously, changes to the "confirmation message" would be displayed on the website as well. Could you please take a look at this issue?

Hi - If you have enabled the Show customized message for this button in Formfacade and set up a confirmation message to override the default Google Forms confirmation message, then you must make the changes in Formfacade. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > check if "Show customized message for this button" option is selected > update the message and click Save.

hi - Nope, I haven't set the message in Formfacade. I've used a custom message through Google Forms. Previously, I didn't have any issues, whenever I changed the confirmation message in Google Forms, it updated on the website. However, recently, when I changed the custom message, it didn't reflect on the website and only showed my old custom message. Please note that the custom message was set in Google Forms, not in Formfacade.

Hi - I just submitted a response to test the embedded form. The message configured in the form "Thank you! Your product is now registered and protected under our e-warranty!" was displayed correctly. Whenever you make changes in Google Forms, click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click More options > click Update to sync the changes.

Yes, "Thank you! Your product is now registered and protected under our e-warranty!" is the old message. I have updated the Google Form response to: "Thank you for registering your mattress! A confirmation email will be sent after the registration is completed. Please check your mailbox to confirm your registration. Thank you." When I submit the form directly from Google Forms, instead of through our website, it displays this latest version, but when i submit through the website then it shows me the old version

I just submitted another response and the updated message is displayed correct. Please see the screenshot below. You might have not synced the changes to Formfacade or updated the message in different form.
