Currently Neartail does not have the option to disable email notifications. This feature is part of the roadmap.  If you would like to disable the emails for the Completed status, please share the link for your form and we will disable it for you.

I should be more specific. it is the email to respondents that I want to stop. I now have different confirmation emails going out to customers for different types of delivery, so I’d like to remove the blanket confirmation for the Completed status that I was previosuly using.

Email notifications for completed status has been disabled. Please test it and confirm.
