Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > Are you able to view the submitted orders? If yes, open the Neartail mobile app, login using the same email account > click Inbox > click on the filter icon > select Filter by form > click on the arrow on the top right corner > check if this form is displayed and then click on it to select the form > the orders in this form should be displayed. Please try this and confirm.
