I have set up automatic confirmation emails for customers to receive on submitting the form. Somehow the 'reply-to' address is set as a personal email, despite the confirmation coming from my work email. How do I go about changing it so that customers can reply to my business email? I would like to be able to request a proof of payment from the customer before their order is processed.

Sender's email: Confirmation emails to form respondents will always be sent from form.receipt@mailrecipe.com and notification emails for collaborators will always be sent from form.notify@mailrecipe.com Reply-to email: The reply-to address is set automatically. If you have configured the Email respondent and Email collaborators option, then when the user replies to the confirmation email, the email will be sent to the collaborators. Similarly, when the collaborators reply to the notification email, the email will be sent to the form respondent. Otherwise, the emails will be sent to the email account used to configure the email notifications.

Ok, so I am the only collaborator and I'm signed in with my business Gmail account. I have two automatic emails, both coming to the respondent from form.receipt@mailrecipe.com However, the order confirmation email has an old Hotmail account as the reply address and the email to say that the order has been processed comes from the relevant business Gmail address. How can it be that the same email address provides two different reply-to addresses?

The reply-to email address for the form respondents can either be the email account you used to setup the email notifications or the email address you have entered in the Email collaborators setup. Please share the link for your form so that we can check the setup and confirm.

Thank you, I found the email collaborators section and managed to change the reply to address for the order confirmation email, but my hotmail address is still somehow set as an email collaborator. I haven't really used it for a long time, so I don't see how it got there. If you could remove it, that would be much appreciate. https://neartail.com/dashboard/116734734437235601923/editor/form/1FAIpQLSe3_B-DQElnMvT0WZtus0dLYnDzRHW63jaRZqFHB9hgViplpw?formbuilder=true
