I have some orders that are showing up as "incomplete" in stripe because they say that the customer has not entered their payment method. But I don't see any abandoned orders on my neartail form. And Stripe doesn't display the name of the customer with the incomplete orders. Where are these abandoned orders in my Orders on the neartail site?

You have enabled the Strict Privacy option on 20-Mar. When this option is enabled, the orders in Abandoned and Trash status will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Also, the Abandoned status will be hidden when the Privacy option is enabled.

ok, now how do i unenable it? i dont see an option to do that.

Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the three dots next to the Trash status > You can enable or disable the privacy settings. Note: Even if you disable the strict privacy settings, you will not be able to view the abandoned orders from 7 days ago.

tell people that if they turn on the privacy they need to look under Orders > Trash > under the 3 vertical dots to find the privacy setting to turn it on again.
