I am the administrator of a neartail form i use for the ordering process of clothing of our local football club. I got alerted that 1 member processed a payment through paypal (on account jessicadotgeorge) which I did not entered into the system. I even deselected the paypal option. Is this a fraud case? Is there a way to see who added this paypal account to our form?

Have you added collaborators in your form? Please check if they have updated the payment options.

We use Google signin for Neartail. You or your collaborators must login with their google account to access the form. Do you share login with your team?

Update: There was a bug in Neartail payment configuration. We have fixed it and deployed this update. If you would like to enable payments, please configure your payments now and then use the form. You should not face any issues going forward. Thanks.
