You have mapped the incorrect fields in the Summary settings page. That's why sales tax is displayed twice. Please follow the instructions below to fix it. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail edit page, click on the gear icon next to the form title > Form settings page will be displayed > click on the configure fields icon next to the Save button > Summary settings page will be displayed > You have selected the sales tax field for the Amount option. Please select the Order amount field for the Amount and click Save.

Important: You have added required fields in the first page in the form and also enabled the search option. This will allow users to directly navigate to the product pages without filling in the required fields. This will cause issues with recording the orders correctly. You must either remove the search option or move the required fields after the product pages.
