I was billed twice on the plan. I upgraded to the $147 but then i was billed on my previous plan as well.

You have subscribed to the 1tb plan instead of upgrading your 10gb plan. That's why you were charged for both the plans. We will refund the duplicate subscription and refund the payment. You will get a confirmation tomorrow once it is done.
