If you have created your form in Google Forms, you must use the Neartail addon to set the currency, add amount calculations and enable payments in your form. Please note that you must use the Neartail share link to collect responses. Otherwise, customizaion and calculations will not work. Set currency Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Neartail > click Calculate order amount > select the currency, click Next > select Calculate from price option, click Next > click Customize > Edit page will open in a new tab > you can then enable payments. Enable payments In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings will be displayed > click Enable payments > The payment options supported in your country will be displayed. You can configure any of these options in your form. We have integrated with Stripe and Paypal for automated payments. In addition, you can also enable manual & offline payment methods such as Cash App, Zelle, cash on delivery, bank transfer, check. One you have enabled the payments, click Share > copy the short link and use it to test the form and then share it with your users to collect responses.
