Two questions on the Basic Plan pricing: 1. Does a Closed Form count as one of the ten forms available in the subscription? The reason I ask is that I would prefer to close the forms rather than delete them if closed forms do not count against the subscription. 2. The Basic plan states that it is limited to 100 responses per month. Is that 100 responses for each form, or 100 responses for the entire account? Thanks!
