Updated to app version to 1.6.2 and notifications still do not work. Really missing this feature! Hope the issue can be resolved soon!!

I am still having issues with new order notifications. i dont get notifications like how you show in the App Store. What am i doing wrong or have set up wrong? thank you

The only way I know I have a new order is by checking my email. I would love to get a notification like I showed in the screenshot from the App Store from your app. Thank you! I appreciate your help.

yes. i have installed on my iphone and ipad. is this the issue? i dont receive notifications on either.

Hi Aaron, The notifications will be sent only to the device that was most recently active. If you were using your iPad and then signed in to the mobile app on you iPhone, the notifications will be sent to the iPhone. If you switch to the iPad, then the notifications will be sent to the iPad. However, if sign out of the Neartail app on your iPhone instead of opening the Neartail mobile app on your iPad, notifications will no longer be sent.

ok i understand. how can i just start over? i will just use my iphone. if i sign out, uninstall app on both, then only install and log in on iPhone will that correct the issue?

No, you don't have to uninstall. Just open the Neartail app in the preferred device, login with your google account and then start using it. You should receive notifications for new orders.

ugh i still dont get notifications on new orders after completing what you suggested. I’m not sure what else to try.

We have reset the token. Please open the preferred device, logout of the mobile app, login back again and then submit a response to test the notification.

it seems that I get a notification when you reply to this ticket, but I do not get notifications for anything else, most importantly orders. I completed what you suggested and I still do not get new order notifications.
