Hi - The last page in the form "Parking Signs 12x8" has products, order summary section, contact details and review & place order section. You must split this into two pages. "Parking Signs 12x8" page with just the products and "Order summary" page with contact details and review sections.

Once you make this change, you can map the order summary page as the checkout page so that users can add the products to cart, click on the cart icon in the header and click on the checkout page to directly go to the order summary page. For detailed instructions, refer to the help article below.
