Hi Holly, You will have to use the Formfacade share link to collect responses. Otherwise, customization and the redirect option will not work. Set up redirect on submit Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click Customize this form > click Proceed > Edit page will open in a new tab > In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Redirect on submit > enter the url and click Save. Please note that you must prefix the url with https:// Collect responses You can either use the Formfacade share link or embed the form on your website and then use the url of that webpage to collect responses. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Share > In the Share page,  - copy the short link from the Link tab and share it with your users to collect responses - click Embed > select your website platform, click Next > copy the embed code and add it in your webpage to embed the form > use the url for that web page to collect form responses. When the user fills the form and submits it, the user will be redirected to this web page. The form responses will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. You can sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets as well. Please try this and confirm.
